Hi,
I want to analysis the excuting frequency of some instructions when the process runing on the ARM core. The tool PIN can be used on X86 to achieve that, but the PIN used in ARM has not been updated for a long time.
Does there any other tool to achieve that goal?

Do you mean frequency, or cycles? Cycles is relatively straightforward, you can use the PMU.
