AXI-5 User Loopback Signaling use cases?

Hi All, I am reading the AXI Issue K and I have a question.

What are some of the SoC level use cases for the A13.4 User Loopback signaling signals AWLOOP, BLOOP, ARLOOP and RLOOP?

Could anyone help me with this. Thanks in advance.
