Cotex M4 ---MPU. After I override a privilleged region, it seems the write permission can't be upgraded?what is wrong?

I set up a NUMBER0 region with PRIV_RO, AND NUMBER1 region override on region0 witn PRIV_RW_URO. The result is NUMBER1 still can NOT be privileged write but it can be USER read? it is the same with oter similar cases. The Read permssion can be overrided but the write permission can NOT be upgraded only can be downgraded?

Is there any one can help me ? thanks!

Hi Mahmood, thank you for your reply. I already got it solved. Actualy I have been silly with my program. In the write function the address writen to is out of region but I didnt check well. sorry for...
