I am trying to upload a program in cortex m4 u sing ulink2. I have connected vcc gnd swdio and swdclk from cortex m4 to jtag 20 pin connector but the com port is not showing on pc. I also supplied power that is vcc gnd from a power source to cortex m4 processor but still no result.Also 3.3 v is not coming from jtag when it is plugged in.Please guide what to do.
I am using uwterminalx (it uses com port) for connecting with the cortex m4 processor in bl651 bluetooth module for programming.I also changed the jumper but still supply was not coming from ulink2.And i had also given 3.3 v separately from power supply to the target processor.
Whatever that is, it's nothing to do with Keil!
Again, AFAIK, the uLink-2 does not provide a COM port.

As noted and confirmed above, the uLink does not provide power to the target.
