JTAG communication failure after updating ULINK2

Hi,
after updating ÂµVision and thus updating ULINK2, I got JTAG communication failure when trying to debug or flash an AT91SAM9260.
Is there someone else having the same problems?

ULINK2 firmware version is now: 1.37

I found the problem:
The cable from the debugger to the device has been broken somewhere.
I replaced it and it works fine again.
