I started having this problem this morning. I was single stepping through a program when the board reset to start. This continues to happen. I traced it down to the debugger connector pin 15 which is RESET. I stopped uVision, but the reset continues to occur.
Any suggestions?

Are you sure its the Debugger, and not the CPU or your reset generator (watchdog) device that is generating that reset pulse?
It turns out that the connector made to connect the debugger to the board has a problem. Using another connector alleviates the problem. It seems that both J-TAG and SWD connections on the adapter are connected in parallel and that seems to cause the reset. Using the adapter I get reset pulses coming in the J-TAG reset line.
