No answer ?? I guess this means there's no way to do step by step with the hardware trough Jtag...

If your institution wanted to contiue using Triscend, why didn't they get the final update while they still had the chance?! "isn't it possible to use the "D scope" integrated debugger trough JTAG onto the hardware ?" DScope was obsolete even when Triscend started up! You need to use uVision-2, and read the Triscend documents for instructions on configuring it to use the Triscend JTAG interface.
