C8051F321 JTAG and KEIL ULINK

Hi,

I have KEIL ULINK device.
I need it for XC161.

Now we are considering another board with cygnal processor C8051F321.

Does anyone nows if ULINK can be used with C8051F321 since it is a USB-JTAG?
Can I use it to program the flash and also for debugging?

But Andy,

if you want to reduce the download time with your Tricend E5 you can use a RAVEN !

it doesn't reduce the download time ( it reduce for just few seconds ),
but it permit very fast debug ( read access is very high !).
