Boundary scan testing

I'm working on STM32F407G-DISC1 board and for flashing I'm using JTAG of ST-link v2(external board not on board one). How can I do boundary scan testing in Keil ide or do I need any other tool for that? If I can't use keil ide then please suggest any free software for boundary scan testing for stm board.
