Keil uVision 5 not responding

Dear support,
I am using Keil uVision 5, and since the last couple of weeks whenever I use it for more than 10 minutes it will become greyed out (not responding) and then crash.
I have tried to look online for a solution, a workaround or a simple list of debug steps, to understand why and what is going on, but I could not find anything.

- Which reasons does uVision have for becoming unresponsive and crashing?
- Is there anything I can do to prevent this?
