Dear support,I am using Keil uVision 5, and since the last couple of weeks whenever I use it for more than 10 minutes it will become greyed out (not responding) and then crash.I have tried to look online for a solution, a workaround or a simple list of debug steps, to understand why and what is going on, but I could not find anything.- Which reasons does uVision have for becoming unresponsive and crashing?- Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

Could you describe that further?
This usually happens while flashing; uVision seems to be loading an action(i.e. erasing chip), but this will never be done. As soon as I click something else in its window it all become grey, and a (not responding) note gets added next to the window name.
So what are you using for flashing?
And what target chip?
for flashing: ULINK2/ME & J-Linktarget chip: STM32L431CBUx
and you get the same behaviour whether you're using the uLink or the J-Link ?
indeed! This will possibly occur every time I try to either build(F7), load(F8) or debug(ctrl + F5). I don't now what exactly triggers it, but at the moment it happens about 4 times out of 5
Previously, you said "This usually happens while flashing"

Note that this is s user-to-user forum.
If you have a licence, you could contact Keil support direct ...
thanks for pointing that out, I am closing the thread
If support do resolve the issue, it would be helpful if you would feed-back here ...
it would be even better to have a document of any sort with this information, let's see how things pan out...
