I want to read hex file of a STM32F072C8T6 which is installed in a PCB, the board has micro USB port I could connect it and the driver came to device manager it updated with internet automatically, but I need a software to read the hex file then write on new one.
please someone help!!
This has nothing to do with Keil!

You are going to have to contact the board manufacturer to find what is possible via that port, and any associated software.
Dear Andy thanks for reply
I could connect with a software but it says read-out protected is there any solution?
No, it means that person who programmed the chip took active measures to prevent/disallow you from pulling the firmware back out.
There are some vendors in China offering extraction services, but likely to be relatively expensive, and physically require the device, and potentially be destructive.
If anyone could pull the protected firmware with no effort it would be a pretty pointless implementation.

As Westonsupermare Pier says, the whole point of "read-out protection" is precisely to prevent you from reading-out the code - the clue is in the name!

Clearly, it is performing exactly as intended - there is no "problem" to "solve" !
If you really have a bona-fide reason to have access to the code, you are going to have to contact the device manufacturer.
