I'm a user using Keil (MDK-ARM Standard license)
My partner has used Eclipse and succeeded to compile arm project in
He added Environment variables in System Setting
Path : C:\Keil_v5\ARM\ARMCC\bin
there is 'ARM Toolchain' item added in Current toolchain at [Project
properties -> C/C++ Build -> Tool Chain Editor]
But I can't find it on my system.
Is there anyone who uses eclipse and keil compiler?

Since the Plug in only worked for a very old version of the
Eclipse IDE, we took down the documentation, rather than confuse more

The link is dead, but there is an online archive which captured it
