It is mentioned in CHI Specification that when the transmitter is deasserting LINKACTIVEREQ, to move from RUN to DEACTIVATE, for the receiver, it is required to accept flits both before and after the deassertion of LINKACTIVEREQ, here are my doubts -
1. Does the receiver flit includes both protocol and link flits
2. Are the protocol flit received are the valid flits, i mean is the receiver expected to pass on the protocol flit to upper layer
