We are looking for off-the-shelf small ARM module (15mmx25mm or less) with the following specs:- single core >= 100MHz is OK>= 256k RAM>= 256kb ROM>= 2mbit flash- battery charging circuit- uart i/f- optionally, a separate Bluetooth radio (with own CPU) with 2-3 wire i/f to ARM CPU
- availability of evaluation kit, development software and license-free rtos (Linux-like OS is not an option)All pointers appreciated.
