All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)		 Mamta Rani Agarwal presently working as Advisor-I in AICTE is former Additional Secretary, Association of Indian Universities (AIU), former Joint Secretary, University Grants Commission (UGC) and Director, Education New Delhi. She is also from the first batch of lady Pilot officer in Indian Air Force.

Mrs. Agarwal has been an International Speaker at the School of International and Public Affairs, University of Columbia, New York on ‘Urban Education: Innovations in K-12.’ She has represented the country in the UNESCO’s World Higher Education Summit-2022 held at Barcelona, Spain and also in global summit on ‘Reforming School Systems in Global Cities’ New York.

Under her leadership, AICTE Training and Learning Academy (ATAL) has been recognized, conferred award and included in the India Book of Records, Asia Book of Records and World Book of Records for outstanding contribution in the faculty training and development.

Mrs. Agarwal is His Excellency, the President of India’s nominee on the Board of Governors (BoG) of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Kolkata, an Institute of National Importance. Additionally, she is a member of Board of Governors of many universities and colleges.

Mrs Agarwal has been an expert member on the task force on the implementation of National Education Policy in AICTE and Govt. of Gujarat. She is a resource person on many academic subjects including National Education Policy, Benchmarking and Global Rankings, Academic Bank of Credit, Gender Inclusion and Women Empowerment.

She has compiled and edited a five volumes reference book on National Education Policy 2020.

Arm		 Khaled has 20+ years’ experience in developing and executing business development strategies and plans for education and research at a global level. Prior to joining Arm Ltd in 2013, he was a UK based academic for 13 years, teaching, researching, and leading in the areas of computer science and electronics engineering. Khaled supervised 15+ successful PhD research projects during his academic career and co/authored 100+ publications in major international conferences and journals.

During his tenure at Arm, Khaled set up the global Arm University Program, the Arm School Program, and Arm Education Media. Together, these programs are educating and training hundreds of thousands of students globally every year, bridging the education/skills gaps in STEM and computer engineering, and equipping the next generation of engineers for the challenges of the modern economy.
