Before joining the session, we recommend that all participants enroll free-of-charge on to each course in our EdX program, Teaching with Physical Computing. For free access, visit each course page and after clicking 'Enroll', choose 'Access this course: FREE’.

  • Teaching with physical computing course 1: Introduction to project-based learning
  • Teaching with physical computing course 2: Practical application and classroom strategies for pbl
  • Teaching with physical computing course 3: Assessment of project-based learning
  • Teaching with physical computing course 4: Soft skills teamwork and the wider curriculum

Our EdX program sets you on the path to becoming an expert with practical computing, and helps you understand the importance of Project-Based Learning. Whether you are new to teaching Computing, a specialist Computer Science teacher, or you want to learn more about physical computing. Each course is about 10-12 hours of learning, which you can do over a few days, a week, or 10 weeks – whatever works best for you. The courses also work independently of each other, so you can pick and choose the courses that best suit your needs.
