Online access to confidential technical content for partners

April 18, 2023
1 minute read time.

From 19th April 2023, if your organization has an entitlement to it, and has decided that you can have access, you will be able to search for and view confidential product documentation in the Arm Developer documentation hub.

I introduced this in my previous blog: Coming soon: Partner access to confidential technical content.

You will need to have an active Arm Account, which has been verified and validated against your organization, and be logged in to view confidential product documentation.

What will you see?

When you are logged in you will see the following:

  • Confidential content will be identified in search results using an open padlock symbol:

Documentation hub search result showing confidential content indicator icon

  • You will see the Confidentiality Status filter on the left panel in the documentation hub:

Confidential and Non-Confidential search filters

  • When you open a confidential document, a banner is shown at the top of each HTML page of the document, and a confidential watermark will be shown on each page:

What if I cannot access documents my organization is entitled to?

You should contact your account manager for further information about how you, or your organization, can opt in to access your confidential technical content.
