Check out Arm's new Support Hub

1 minute read time.

We are pleased to announce that Arm’s new Support Hub is now live.

You can access the new Support Hub from Arm.com or Developer.arm.com by navigating to the Support section of the websites. Or just click on, or copy this URL into your web browser: http://services.arm.com/support.

You use the same Arm Account credentials to log on as before, so there is no need for you to re-register. If you have not registered before, you need to enter your details to create an account.

All your support cases from the old system have been migrated to the new Support Hub. Please note that they have a new case reference, however existing links will redirect you to the case in the new system. You are also able to search for cases using the old case reference number in the Support Hub.

Please note that you can now upload large attachments of up to 5GB in size to your case on the Support Hub. However, when using email, please ensure that the message size does not exceed 18MB in total (Body/Attachments/HTML). Unfortunately, your email will not be logged in our system if it is too large, and we are currently investigating how to fix this.

We plan to make iterative improvements to the new system over time. For instance, searching for and finding the answers that you need using our knowledgebase and community forums, and more easily collaborating with colleagues on your cases.

We hope you find the new system simple and easy to use, and please bear with us while we roll out new features. If you ever have any questions or feedback, feel free to get in touch, or refer to the following resources for more information about managing your Arm support cases in the new Support Hub:
