Performance Optimization of SVE Enabled Arm Processor A64FX using Fujitsu Compiler - Shinji Sumimoto, Fujitsu

This talk was presented at the virtual Arm Research Summit, 9-11 September 2020. This year's event explored global technology challenges across sustainability, security, and society, and attracted delegates from around the world for three days of innovative content.

This presentation shows techniques about performance tuning of SVE enabled Arm processor A64FX by using Fujitsu compiler. To utilize the HBM2 memory and L1/L2 cache access performance, Fujitsu compiler provides several optimizing options. At the presentation, Shinji showed several optimization options of Fujitsu compiler and source coding techniques by optimizing STREAM benchmark codes.
