Aparajita Bhattacharya is Senior Director of Engineering in the Architecture and Technology Group. Over the last decade and a half at Arm, she has contributed to the design and verification of Arm CPUs and Systems – starting with the very first high performance Cortex-A8 Arm CPU. Today, Aparajita’s team works on development, deployment, and compliance of the Arm Architecture.

Aparajita graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the Ohio State University, and holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.  Aparajita is a student of Hindustani classical vocal, and has performed in several concerts.  She loves to travel with her family; which includes two rambunctious kids, and a high-spirited furry child.  

Anil has over 25 years of experience in semiconductors across Technology Development, Design Enablement, Implementation, Failure Analysis, Yield improvement and Applications. He is currently at Arm, earlier worked with STMicroelectronics and has ventured into an IOT startup. He has worked in France and New York defining new technologies at Foundries. Anil is a graduate from IIT Delhi and Masters from SUNYPoly, Albany, New York.

Working as Principal Software Engineer at Arm in Open Source Software Group. I have worked on various CPU and System IP bring up during pre-silicon phase and developed software for reference platforms from Arm. At present, leading a BSP team who is responsible for complete platform software bring up on various Arm based platforms which is used by Graphics software team to validate their software stack.

Shruti has about 20 years of experience into Talent Acquisition and last few years specifically in the Semiconductor industry. She has been instrumental in setting up various talent solutions across industries. Her focus and subject matter expertise lies in creating and implementing talent acquisition, retention and development programs that help achieve corporate objectives.

Rajamohan Varambally joined ST in 1989 in Central R&D at Italy, developing memories in ST’s technologies. He then returned to India to be part of India operations and currently he is the director of Technology and Design Platform focusing on excellence in Operations, Innovation and Customer engagement. The group is responsible to develop and qualify on silicon almost all foundation IPs in ST’s technologies with strong collaboration with ST’s Technology Groups in its fabs to achieve optimum performance by ST’s products.

He has specialized in Organization Development and Coaching through several training programs. He is passionate to bring the best from individuals at all levels.

With 20+ years in semiconductor industry (VLSI & Software), Mukesh has strong Leadership acumen having a rich experience across SOC development cycle including SOC design & verification, Subsystem/IP development, System level design, Design methodology & Foundation library development. He has contributed to products ranging from 0.18um to 5nm technologies in consumer, automotive, industrial & storage domains. In addition, he has actively participated in International Standardizing bodies. Led several cross-functional and global task forces, driven EDA partnerships to solve complex organizational and technical challenges.

Dr. Kumar is driving ST’s innovation initiatives in Asia Pacific Region. He is driving ST India in-house incubation program for startups and is responsible for collaborations with other incubators and research centers.

He is managing the System Applications and Integration LAB of the SRA with a global mission to build and support reference designs, software, and system solutions in the areas of Connectivity, EV Charging Stations, Energy Efficiency & IoT.

He is also driving ST STEM initiative for STMicroelectronics India. He is based out of Greater Noida, India working with STMicroelectronics since 1999.
