I have installed the keil v5.14 after that I try to run the keil program with new project. when I want to add new item to group 'source group 1', the "user code template" can't be open' how to handle...

Templates ability within uVision for STM32XXX to generate code automatically

Hi, I have templates but I can't understand how to use them to generate code automatically I seen there is a "start_up" file that when it is in certain place the uvision generate code automatically...
