CMSIS DAP DEBUG MDK V5.33 for MK20DX256 device

I have build the blinky example for my target device.i want to upload hex file to the device.when i select CMSIS DAP Debugger and try to upload to device ,there is an error that says no debug unit device...

In CHI spec,why normal and device memory addr aligned rule are diffrent?

Hi,all: i'm very confused about the addr calculate rule in diffrent memory type. why these two type are diffrent? look forward your help,thanks!
