AC High power(220V) Detector please help me about above mentioned. i want to detect with mcu there is Ac power or not. of course with simple circuit without trasformer .also with 15 ampere current....

Can you help me? I want to use infrared as an electrical circuit can feel the presence of man in space 40 to 200 m. Water is not impertont but on port rxd.
