target device not available while creating new project

I am using keil mdk v5.26 I added software pack for stm32L0 and activated the license as per given on the website link www2.keil.com/.../mdk It works then i added software pack for LPC1788...

New project based on existing (working) project doesn't build.

I'm new to all this malarky so please be easy on me!! I'm working on a Luminary LM3S811 Evaluation Board, and am trying to take my first tentative steps. I'm planning on using one of the example projects...

Build Target is not happening. It is showing Target not Created

hello, i am using keil uvision4 version. and when i try to build the target of a new uvision project, it is showing that "target not created" and an error has occured. i cannot build any of my projects...
