Which tool can convert *.mcs(MOTO) to *.hex(Intel) or *.bin?

If anyone know how to convert *.mcs to *.hex files,which tool can do that? Anyone has the file format of Motorola *.mcs, while not *.mcs on Xilinx cpld ? Best regard, Andrew Nov/14/09

converting intel-hex to assembly

hello ... can any one help me find out converter from intel-hex to assembly syntax for 8 bit ?? just out of curioustiy .. i wanted to know if there is any of this kind .. regards pruthvi...
