Problem with dumping code with keil5

Hi, I am using lpc4357 uc. Previously I am using keil4 to write programming and everything is working fine. now I shifted to keil5 and I am trying to load another code but it is showing some errors...

What should I do if I have a problem compiling a keil4 project after opening it in keil5?

keil5 opens keil4 project with this situation, after compiling it appears "no source": Error: #5: cannot open source input file "... \source\crc32.c": No such file or directory problem?
