Can you use a ULINK2 for SWD on 1.8V level

Does anyone use ULINK2 for SWD on 1.8V level? my DUT requires to work with both 1.8V and 3V level. IO line for Ulink2 mentioned as in 2.7V to 5.5V. Do we need level translator for this?
