uVision 4.10 with ST-LINK and STM32F103Z - special registers not visible

I'm using the STM3210E-EVAL board, which has a STM32F103ZD on it. When debugging with ULINK I can see all registers in the register view, when debugging with ST-LINK I can only see the core registers...
