Windows XP Locks up regularly when using ULink

I'm using uVision3 V3.62c on a Windows XP PC with Service Pack 3. Frequently now when I'm using the ULINK to debug an LCP2368 on a custom PCB my PC has been locking up as soon as I hit "Start Debug...
