Why press "Rebuild all target files" in uVision it effect to Printer port?

I connect some device to printer port such as LED and when I press "Rebuild all target files" in uVision it change data on printer port Why? and can I disable this effect?

MDK-ARM always build all file

MDK-ARM Ver:5.18 System: win7 When I click on the Build Target button, it rebuilds all my target files, only one file changed . thanks.
