why my dk51 v6.14 can not execute cx51.exe

I use DK51 V6.14 complier my program, but it can not execute cx51.exe,I device select philips's p87c51mc2.Complier show "can not execute d:\keil\c51\bin\cx51.exe".Please help me,thank you.
