Does DS-5 support off-target simulation of freescale vybrid VF6xx systems?

In the GETTING STARTED GUIDE of ARM DS-5 is stated that "DS-5 provides Cortex ®-A8, quad-core Cortex-A9, and AEMv8 (DS-5 Ultimate Edition only)

executables. You can also connect to a variety of other ARM and third-party simulation models."

What other simulation models are provided? What about the Freescale vybrid VF6xx systems (combines Cortex A5 and Cortex M4)?

You are correct that we only supply the few models that you mentioned above with DS-5. These provide a quick way to run small code snippets and to run the included example programs.

DS-5 connects to models through what is known as the CADI interface. In theory it should be possible to connect any model that supports CADI to DS-5. ARM sells other CADI models separately, but typically these model development boards produced by ARM. ARM certainly does not produce a model of Vybrid, and I am not aware of anyone else providing such a model either.
