Is there any Emulation friendly debug platform available for off-chip trace and debug?
If something standalone available in Arm website, it will be much helpful. I need synthesizable code for Emulators and Simulators

I'm not sure what you mean by 'emulation friendly'.
You should perhaps consult with your particular emulator vendor, who do offer (proprietary) solutions for implementing JTAG debug.
