Does Arm/Keil provide functional safety qualification or guidance for the lwIP TCP/IP stack?

Hello,

We are developing a safety-related embedded application based on the TI TMS570LC4357 (Arm Cortex-R5F). For Ethernet communication, we are using the lwIP TCP/IP stack integrated with the Hercules software examples.

We would like to clarify the following:

  1. Does Arm/Keil provide any functional safety qualification, certification, compliance evidence, or supporting documentation for the lwIP TCP/IP stack?
  2. Has Arm or Keil evaluated or qualified lwIP for use in safety-related applications (for example, IEC 61508, ISO 26262, or EN 50128)?
  3. If lwIP is not covered, does Arm/Keil recommend a safety-qualified TCP/IP stack for Cortex-R based embedded systems?

If this question is outside the scope of the Keil forum because lwIP is maintained by another organization, we would appreciate guidance on the appropriate point of contact.
