I am ready to use STM32C531 micro based on KEIL-MDK V5.29. But I found this version tool does not support STM32C5xx series micro. Can anybody help to tell me from which version MDK this micro is supported?

The support of specific devices is defined in Device Family Packs (DFPs), not in specific versions of our MDK tools. The DFP for this device is:

However, MDK version 5.29 is almost 7 years old, and during this time, several new revisions of the CMSIS software pack definitions were released. I assume that this old version of µVision is incompatible with such a new DFP. In addition, new STM32 devices need to be configured in STM CubeMX. This will not work with such an old version of µVision.
So my recommendation is either to use the latest MDK 5.43a - or even better - use Keil Studio (MDK 6). For evaluation or non-commercial projects, you can use the community license (https://www.keil.arm.com/mdk-community/)
