Unable to use my keil compiler on uVision despite I have registered on my serial number and obtained my activation code.

I have registered my UBL serial number on User Based Software Licensing. From there, I obtain my activation code and then I installed and added my license in uVision. I have successfully activated my license, however when I compiled my application, I received this error saying that there is a license error.
