Uvision crash when Linker selected

Uvision v5.38 crashes when Flash -> Configure Flash Tools -> Linker is selected. At this moment Uvision crashes.

I would like to know if I am missing anything that causes this.

In addition it also crashes when Debug tab is selected and then ST-Link debugger is chosen with OK.
