No ULINK2/ME Device found

Hi all, I get the error message "No ULINK2/ME Device found". What could be the reason for this? I am using Keil 5 software by connecting to a remote computer. But the emulator is connected on my own computer. I am authorized to use my USB ports on the remote computer. What could be the problem?
