MDK-Lite Error

Hello, I am using MDK-Lite version: 5.36.0.0 with a Windows 10 PC.
After the second call of the simulator using Debug-Start\Stop µV-IDE does not respond anymore,
the program must be aborted. After restarting the same error occurs again.
The error is independent of the program, because it also occurs with the program supplied in the software: 'Blinky' project for the Toshiba 'TMPM330FDFG' without modification.
Unfortunately, a reinstallation of the MDK-Lite software did not fix this error.
I would be grateful for a solution suggestion.
