There are premade pack examples for the MCB1700 which has an LCD screen https://www.keil.com/boards2/keil/mcb1700/ Look at the "USB Device Mass Storage" example for inspiration.

The LPC1768 is a micro-controller, it doesn't come with any specific LCD. Figure out what board you have, find a schematic, and find examples from the board vendor If this is a work/school assignment...
