when start Debug session, pop error message box shows: Cannot access Memory

Same here. Installed MDK 5.24a when loading with J-link get message: Cannot access memory. When reinstalled MDK 5.23 everything works fine. Also 'Verify Code Download' is checked and read protection on target in development process is never activated.
