registered ARM compiler version not found in path

Hi!All.
when I open keil IDE ,it will show a warning

"registered arm compiler version not found in path:'ARMCC',update the configuration of mutiple arm compiler in 'Manage Project Items' under 'Folders/Extensions' arm compiler'".

I tried to set arm compiler version in Manage Project Items,but it warning "Compiler path\ARM\Bin\ArmCC.exe not found",and I tried to build the project it warning "*** Target 'Target 1' - Device Family 'Cortex-M0', default ARM-Compiler version 'V5.06 update 3 (build 300)' is not available.".

I even update MDK to MDK521,but it didn't work.
Anybody know what it is?
