Using a SoC cortex-m0 with ULINK2. ERROR: Cannot Write to RAM for FLash Algorithms

Hi. Using uVisionV4.73 trying to program a cortex M0 device (Quintic SoC) using SW. The device is found in Debug/Settings, but when I try to erase/program I get the error

Cannot Write to RAM for FLash ALgorithms.

Any thoughts?

I do not have VCC connected to the interface; just SWDIO and SWDCLK and gnd. I am using the 10 pin ARM 0.05 connector and the VCC jumper is set to 3.3V

    Pick an SRAM size and address in the Flash dialog which matches the resources available in your SoC

    If it continues to fail at addresses that should work, you might want to consult you SoC vendor, and further investigate methods to load and validate the SRAM in the part.
