If anyone is able to answer this question, they must be a very accomplished mind-reader. Chal, you really need to post some more information, like what exact product you are using, what chip you are simulating, what you are doing to make a port pin toggle, which pin are you trying to toggle, etc. I am going to ask the obvious question, is this pin enabled as an output? If it is an input, then you will never see it toggle.
