I am using LPC1788 with RL- ARM operating system which has Flash File system and usb library. Can we use usb printer and memory stick on the same usb port?
what port are you planning to connect the USB printer to? is it configured as USB Host or USB device or USB OTG?
a USB 'device' configured port cant be interfaced with the printer as atleast one (printer or the controller) has to be the USB host.
can USB-OTG configured port be connected to pen drive(mass storage device) and printer? can you provide documents or links to documents where i can get a clear view of this?
i am still designing hardware & need to finalize this prior to writing software. i have never come across any development board which uses one single port to interface both MSD & Printer (USB device). kindly assist.
