I have a problem to download code to the Controller XC886-CLM . It works with a JTAG-Adapter , but not with the program FLOAD V4.4 . (Exists a newer Version of FLOAD ?? I read about V4.5 ?)
I try it with RS232 and also with a converter USB-RS232 (CP2102) . The hardware is ok , i can test it with the JTAG Adapter. Thank you for help.
The current FLOAD version 4.4 should support the XC886-CLM because even newer devices are already supported. Did you enable the Debug/Download mode on the XC886 device? The pin MBC needs to be pulled down during a hardware reset.
Thank you for the message. I have no Hardware problems , shure is the MBC Pin at low. There is a error in the FLOAD Software with start condition of the LIN message. A new FLOAD is in work by infineons developer . The 886CLM can only be downloaded with LIN protocol . greetings R. Birk
