hi i am doing a project on interfacing a strain guage to 8051 and i am searching for a good signal conditioning circuit can any ane help me out geting one
Definitely off-topic. Look to analogue device makers like Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, National Semiconductor. They all have extensive libraries of application notes for this sort of thing. I think Analog Devices even has a web-based thing where you just feed in your requirements, and it will recommend some op-amps and list the relevant App Notes.

BTW: when searching, try using the correct spelling, "strain gauge" - but you will still get plenty of hits with "strain guage!!" http://dictionary.cambridge.org/define.asp?dict=CALD&key=32317 Note that the Americans also spell it "gage"
