Miniature Modem

Hi All,,

I am looking for miniature loww speed modems that can be connected to 8051 microcontroller using serial interface. Does anyone know of any such single chip modems ??

Any help would be great.

You might also try Silicon Labs.

and whatever happened to Rockwell - aren't they called Connexant or summat these days?
