I want to know if there is any available document regarding the integration of the Mali Egil on android/ubuntu. If there is any document giving some information about the working, the code flow and testing of the same.
Also wanted to know if there is any Linux device driver available for the same which is open to use and the corresponding OpenmaxIL will be provided by ARM.

The display driver source and firmware are proprietary (with the exception of the GPL kernel components), and only available to licensees. If you are an existing licensee of any Mali-VE IP, or wish to license it, please contact your ARM sales contact.
For OEM manufacturers working with a specific chipset containing a Mali-VE core the driver binaries, and GPL component source code for the kernel drivers, will be available from your chipset manufacturer.
