Midgard driver features status

I wonder if r8p0 have GL_EXT_buffer_storage/GL_EXT_map_buffer_range implemented? 

I remember it was raised some time ago.

And if you could comment on GLES 3.2 implementation since it should bring us GL_EXT_draw_elements_base_vertex
